What Items Are Returnable?

• We will gladly accept your packages back for a full refund or exchange, within 15 days of receiving, so long as they are unopened with the original seal intact. once the package has been used, the hair becomes final sale.

Are There Any Charges For My Return?

• There are no restocking fees on returned items.
• We are responsible for return shipping charged for quality reason.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping charges for personal reason. 

How Do I Return My Item(S)?

How Soon Will I Get My Refund? 

• Your return is your responsibility until it gets back to our company, so please ensure you use a reliable shipping provider and method. If you are returning your hair, you must write "Returned item- No duties" on your customs form, otherwise your item will be sent back to you.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 15 business days.
