1. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after receipt. Please note that processing time does not include weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship using several reliable courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, your order may be shipped via:DHL, FedEx with expedited shipping depending on your location; shipping time is about 3 - 6 business days. Some EU countries ship by GES, DPEX-Royal which takes about 7-15 business days. pls note Boxes, Military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. Please offer a physical address for your order.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination. Some orders may qualify for free shipping; please check our promotional offers or contact customer service for details.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your package in real-time on the courier's website.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other reasons, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address at checkout.

 

6. Contract Terms

All shipments for orders are subject to our terms and conditions. If you encounter any issues during the shipping process, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

7.TAX OR DUTY

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries. Any refused international packages will only be refunded 50% of the total amount of the products (only).

Please noted that the shipping carrier may pay on your behalf for any duties and taxes, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in the shortest possible transit time. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from them after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination, plus a small administration fee. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on importing hair products.
